The Meeting will be held on March 23rd at 8 PM at 34 Ashlar Crescent, Blackburn, Victoria, 3130 and on-line via SKYPE or other electronic means (please confirm well before meeting).
The ordinary business of the annual general meeting is as follows -
· to elect the members of the Committee;
· to confirm or vary the amounts (if any) of the annual subscription and joining fee;
· the annual general meeting may also conduct any other business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules;
· To discuss amendments to the Rules regarding membership types and other possible changes.
If you wish to attend by proxy, your proxy will need to be in writing giving your vote to another member, (we don’t have a form to use because the committee has not approved one).
