Turtles Australia Inc. are back in Benalla with their live turtle display ! Graham Stockfeld will share his vast knowledge on Victoria's 3 freshwater turtle species. Come along and learn more about the turtles in Lake Benalla and 'get up close' with the live turtles on display ! And for the first time at the Lake, Canine Ecological will demonstrate how they train dogs to find turtle nest sites through scent detection.
The Rural City of Benalla is kindly hosting this event at the Library and the Victorian State Government through the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority, has provided funding for this 12 month conservation project.
